Support via remote

Sometimes it is easier to understand something if both telephone partners see the same. We may connect to your computer via the remote software “TeamViewer”. This is only temporarily and very sure. So, TeamViewer allows us a direct access to your computer to ensure rapid assistance.

Our software is constantly changing. That’s why we provide our customers with downloadable updates directly from their customer center.
