In order to be able to access your computer temporarily and securely to help you, we use the Teamviewer software. This allows us to directly access your computer and to help you in an optimal way.
Click on the button below:
When the download is complete, click Open.
Then click on Run.
Depending on your installation, you may need to confirm that you trust this program before logging in. You will then be given a unique ID and password to provide to us.
